LA Talk Radio: Up Close and Personal with Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com

It’s not too often that you have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a huge business mogul… My fabulous friend, Sandy, had the opportunity to interview Tony Hsieh, the CEO of Zappos.com. Tony grew Zappos from $1.6M to $1B in less than nine years. How did he do it? Top-notch customer service. There’s a lot to be learned in that one simple concept.
Sandy asked me if I had any questions for Tony, and I’m thankful that she used mine in the interview. I think entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs alike forget that every big company used to be a small start-up. Achieving big dreams can have its struggles, but we can ALL achieve greatness. It’s so inspiring to hear stories of how an idea was born into a dream come true, and Tony shares his path to becoming the leading top shoe mogul. Not only that, he gives a wealth of wisdom that every entrepreneur can take and apply NOW.
You will also be inspired by Sandy. She’s an international speaker, bestselling author, and a positively energetic person… Boy, do we need more people like that in this world?!
